LaTeX author package

Authors are encouraged to use the seminar LaTeX template. The package contains a simple source file, an example bibliography file, and a short README.

The template is intentionally simple and suitable for common LaTeX environments, including Overleaf.

Author guidelines

Prepare an extended abstract.
Please submit an extended abstract of up to two pages by the announced deadline.
Use clear structure and consistent formatting.
The manuscript should include the title, author names, affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text, and references.
Include figures and tables directly in the manuscript.
Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text.
Submit all necessary source files.
For camera-ready submissions, please include the main LaTeX source, bibliography file if used, figures, any additional style files, and the compiled PDF.
